What it is
Project Nor-4 is a fully local AI VTuber experiment: everything runs on the laptop, without calling any outside AI service. Its voice will come from a voicebank made with VocaVoca.
Other projects have already made room for it. In VocaVoca, the text door — typing a sentence and having the voicebank speak it — is planned to be callable from other programs, not only from the app’s interface. In KyuSin, the third end goal is playing together with Nor-4: a local AI agent joins as a player through the same protocol as LAN players, and that protocol gets built first without waiting for Nor-4.
It is still a design, and there is no code yet.
From Landship
Landship was once planned as a project of its own: a “base” for all my work, with a system called VTLS — Vault Tracking & Log System — that records work and writes devlogs automatically. That plan no longer stands alone; its ideas were folded into Project HOME and Project Nor-4.
